As a web application engineer, I am responsible for developing internal and external data-driven web based applications based on specifications from the project manager. I work with the project manager and QA Analyst to debug code, put the code into production, maintain the code during its complete lifecycle. I go into existing code base, understand the inter-workings of that code, troubleshoot bugs, and add new features to that code.
The applications are developed in PHP using the Laravel and Codeigniter frameworks in a LAMP stack.
